Payment Policy :


We accept the following payment options:

Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net Banking 

Payment on your credit card bill will appear as “HIVE” (our company name) or “Razorpay” or ”PayUMoney” (our payment gateway partner) in your local currency or INR (as per the norms of your card issuing bank).

Your card will be charged in Indian currency ”INR” as per prevailing rate of exchange (if applicable) and as per charge policies of your card issuer.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the limit set by the card issuer or any other charges charged by your credit card issuer

Paypal (International clients only)

Paypal can be used only by international clients who are getting their orders shipped internationally or in India, paying in USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, NZD, SGD

Paypal cannot be used by Indian residents for INR transaction

Cash on Delivery (India only) – On Request only – Valid only for transactions valued Rs 3000 or above and under Rs. 20,000 (as per logistics provider terms). COD orders will be processed only after re-verification with the customers.

For orders of Rs.20,000 and above, we request you to use the Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit in Bank options (see below)

Return Policy:


We are happy to answer any questions related to HIVE products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of this website.

Each piece ordered on HIVE (the website) is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please Whatsapp us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at +91-9636525302 for Sparsak Jewels and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product.

Notes:

Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.

Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.

FORCE MAJEURE:

HIVE or any of the brands under HIVE shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, etc.
